Duties:

  • Caseload Management: Effectively manage and prioritize a caseload of pre-litigation cases, ensuring a proactive approach to case progression and client communication.

  • Legal Strategy: Collaborate with the legal team to develop case strategies that protect clients from being taken advantage of by insurance companies.

  • Team Leadership: Lead and support a pod of legal assistants and other team members, fostering a productive, collaborative, and supportive environment.

  • Aggressive Advocacy: Demonstrate a relentless drive to achieve favorable outcomes for clients, pushing cases forward with urgency and passion.

  • Client Representation: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and that they feel heard and supported throughout the process.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD): From an ABA-accredited law school.

  • State Bar Certification: Must be licensed to practice in Texas.

  • Experience: 0-5 years of experience in personal injury law or a related field.

  • Proficiency in MS Office: Skilled in using office software, particularly Outlook and Word.

  • Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.

  • Strong Organizational Skills: Must be adept at managing time, staying organized, and keeping tasks structured.

  • Excellent Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for client interactions and internal collaboration.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active State Bar certification in Texas.

Skills:

  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and meet deadlines.

  • Strong negotiation and client advocacy skills.
