Duties

• Advise employers on compliance with labor and employment laws and regulations.

Requirements

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
• 5+ years of litigation experience, with a strong preference for employment law background.
• Active admission to the Maryland Bar or ability to obtain it quickly.
• Familiarity with current court and employment agency procedures.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active Maryland State Bar admission.
