M&A Associate Attorney

The ideal candidate must have strong academics, analytical skills, a positive attitude, large regional or national law firm experience, and a desire to work on a range of corporate transactions with direct client contact and responsibility for negotiations, including national and international M&A transactions. Finance and private equity experience is a plus. Must be licensed or eligible to be licensed to practice in Virginia.
