A law firm seeks an experienced Intellectual Property Litigation Attorney for its Phoenix, AZ office. This position offers the opportunity to join a dedicated team of legal professionals, handling sophisticated patent, trademark, and other IP litigation cases in federal courts and potentially before the PTAB. This role is ideal for attorneys eager to engage in all aspects of complex litigation and contribute to a dynamic legal practice.

Duties

  • Conduct comprehensive written discovery processes.
  • Draft and file detailed legal briefs and motions.
  • Prepare and lead depositions.
  • Collaborate with and manage expert witnesses.
  • Participate actively in trial preparation activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum of four years experience in intellectual property litigation.
  • Strong legal writing and oral communication skills.
  • Eligibility for bar admission in Arizona or capability to obtain it.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Must be licensed or qualify for bar admission in the state of Arizona.
