Duties:

  • Collaborate with a team of attorneys to deliver expert guidance on strategic transactions in the healthcare sector.
  • Advise clients on mergers and acquisitions, asset and equity acquisition transactions, venture capital, and private equity investments.
  • Manage and facilitate joint venture transactions for healthcare clients.
  • Provide support for corporate and organizational workflow, including business formations, capital raises, and operational strategy.
  • Negotiate and draft contracts and other corporate documents.
  • Communicate directly with clients and third-party advisors regularly.
  • Take ownership of projects and ensure successful execution in alignment with client goals.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions and private equity, specifically within the healthcare industry.
  • Excellent oral communication, writing, research, and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects and work effectively within a team.
  • Proven track record of effective communication with clients and third-party advisors.

Education:

  • Outstanding academic credentials from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admitted to the California Bar.

Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare transactional law.
  • Strong negotiation and drafting skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • High proficiency in research and analytical tasks.
