Duties:

• Represent private equity sponsors, banks, and private credit lenders in connection with term and revolving loan facilities for leveraged buyouts, acquisition financings, and corporate growth.
• Draft and negotiate commitment papers, credit agreements, and collateral documents.

Requirements:

• Outstanding academic credentials with a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
