A law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney for its Jacksonville, FL office.

 

Job Overview:

The Associate Attorney will be responsible for conducting legal research, drafting and reviewing legal documents, providing legal counsel to clients on transactional matters, and collaborating with colleagues to develop strategies for complex legal issues. This role requires a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree, admission to the State Bar, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

 

Duties:

  • Conducting legal research and analysis on various real estate and transactional law matters.
  • Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and leases.
  • Assisting senior attorneys in client meetings and providing legal support.
  • Providing legal counsel and support to clients on transactional issues.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to develop creative solutions and strategies for complex legal matters.

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the State Bar.
  • 0-3 years of legal experience, with preference for commercial real estate or other transactional experience.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

 

Certifications:

Admission to the State Bar.

 

Skills:

  • Proficiency in legal research methods and tools.
