Nonprofit Attorney

Canton office of our client seeks nonprofit attorney with significant experience in advising tax-exempt/charitable organizations with tax, governance and business issues they regularly encounter, including joint ventures between tax-exempt and taxable entities. The candidate will have a strong desire to develop and grow their book of business over time. Must be licensed or attain license to practice law in the State of Ohio.
