Duties

• Manage and support civil litigation cases, particularly in the areas of premises liability, commercial law, and construction.
• Conduct thorough legal research and prepare legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Draft and negotiate contracts, settlements, and other legal agreements.
• Represent clients in depositions, hearings, and court appearances, advocating for their best interests.
• Assist in the development and execution of case strategies, collaborating with senior attorneys.
• Maintain client relationships, providing legal advice and ensuring exceptional service throughout the legal process.
• Stay current with developments in civil litigation law and industry-specific regulations.
• Manage case files and ensure compliance with all legal standards and timelines.

Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in civil litigation, with a preference for candidates with expertise in premises liability, commercial, or construction law.
• Strong academic background with exceptional legal writing and research skills.
• Proven ability to handle a diverse caseload and work independently.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to present complex legal issues clearly.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
