A law firm in Colorado Springs is seeking a skilled Litigation Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in personal injury litigation, strong analytical and legal research skills, and the ability to effectively organize and manage a caseload. The role requires excellent writing abilities and a Colorado Bar License.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Case Management: Organize and manage a diverse caseload, ensuring timely and effective handling of all cases.
• Legal Research: Conduct thorough and detailed legal research to support case strategies and arguments.
• Document Preparation: Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs, with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.
• Court Appearances: Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings and trials, effectively advocating for their interests.
• Client Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, providing updates and advice on case progress and strategy.
• Analytical Skills: Apply strong analytical skills to assess case details, identify key issues, and develop effective legal strategies.

Requirements

• Bar Admission: Colorado Bar License is required.
• Experience: 1-5 years of personal injury litigation experience.
• Education: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
