A law firm seeks an experienced Workers' Compensation Defense Attorney to join its Southern California office. The ideal candidate will independently manage a caseload of workers' compensation matters, ranging from straightforward to complex claims. This role requires strong legal skills, the ability to work collaboratively, and a commitment to delivering excellent client service.

Duties

  • Oversee and manage a full caseload of workers' compensation cases, ensuring timely and effective handling.
  • Develop and execute legal strategies to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
  • Draft and file legal documents, including pleadings, briefs, and motions.
  • Represent clients in hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings.
