Duties:

• Develop and manage strategies for personal injury cases.
• Collaborate within a team-oriented environment.
• Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for clients.
• Examine legal and medical data to assess insurance coverage, liability, and damages.
• Conduct research and prepare clients for case-related events.
• Create settlement brochures and arguments for case presentation.
• Build relationships with professionals in the community to enhance brand recognition and client service.
• Travel as required.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the North Carolina State Bar; additional memberships are a plus.
• 0 to 3 years of experience handling personal injury cases in North Carolina.
• Litigation experience is preferred but not required.

Certifications:

• North Carolina State Bar License (required).
