Duties:

• Handle civil litigation matters with a focus on personal injury, contracts, commercial disputes, real estate, and construction law.
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery materials.
• Represent clients in court, mediation, and settlement negotiations.
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on developments in relevant areas of law.
• Provide strategic advice to clients and offer solutions to complex legal issues.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on case preparation and trial strategy.

Requirements:

• Must be licensed and in good standing with the Wisconsin State Bar.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Experience in civil litigation, particularly in personal injury, contracts, and real estate law, is preferred but not mandatory.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Wisconsin (or eligibility to become licensed upon graduation).

Skills:

• Strong understanding of civil litigation processes and procedures.

• Ability to draft clear and persuasive legal documents.
