Duties:

• Represent clients in probate court and during estate administration processes.

• Collaborate with colleagues to develop comprehensive estate plans tailored to clients’ needs.

• Stay current on changes in Connecticut estate law and advise clients accordingly.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and service.

• Ensure clients are effectively represented at court hearings as needed.

• Organize and maintain client files to ensure accuracy and up-to-date records.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in trusts and estates law.

• Deep knowledge of Connecticut estate planning, probate, and trust law.

Education:
