Duties

• Provide legal counsel on transactional, governance, and fiduciary matters

• Manage mergers, acquisitions, and public offerings

• Support investment fund transactions, joint ventures, and financing transactions

• Advise clients on corporate structuring and compliance

• Draft and negotiate legal documents and contracts

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external counsel

• Ensure client objectives are met effectively and efficiently

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in corporate law, with a focus on transactional, governance, and fiduciary matters

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Experience in a major law firm or reputable corporate practice preferred

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Admission to the Delaware State Bar (required)
