Location:

Duties:

• Build, evaluate, and negotiate personal injury cases during the pre-litigation phase.
• Regularly communicate with clients to update them on case progress.
• Participate in attorney meetings and collaborate with the legal team.
• Utilize specialized knowledge of Colorado personal injury law, including subrogation interests, UM/UIM benefits, and medical causation.

Requirements:

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Colorado and in good standing.
• Strong knowledge of Colorado personal injury law.
• Excellent client communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work efficiently within a structured schedule, without litigation responsibilities.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in Colorado.

Skills:

• Expertise in personal injury law and case evaluation.
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage and evaluate cases efficiently during pre-litigation.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
