Associate Attorney for Millburn office

We are seeking driven and enthusiastic Associate Attorneys to join our dynamic team in Millburn, NJ. This position offers the opportunity to engage in high-stakes litigation while collaborating closely with senior attorneys to manage complex legal cases in appellate and automobile liability defense.

Duties:

• Represent clients in court appearances and depositions.
• Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and briefs.
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
• Collaborate with partners and senior associates to develop case strategies.
• Manage Special Civil Part cases from inception through trial.
• Engage in appellate practice as needed.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active state bar license.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
