Job Responsibilities:

  • Attend industry events and contribute to the firm's business development initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in biotechnology patent prosecution.
  • Admission to the USPTO.
  • Admission to the New York State Bar or eligibility for admission.
  • Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

  • Ph.D. in biology, molecular biology, cellular biology, biochemistry, or a related discipline is required.
  • J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
