Mid-/Senior-level Finance Attorney

A law firm seeks a Mid-/Senior-level Finance Attorney to join its New York office. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 8 years of experience in finance law, with a background in representing lenders or corporate borrowers in various loan transactions.

Duties:

• Advise clients on commercial bank loans, alternative lender loans, and institutional term loans.
• Draft and negotiate loan agreements and related documentation.
• Conduct thorough due diligence and risk assessments for financing transactions.
• Collaborate with clients to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and service.

Requirements:

• 2 to 8 years of experience in finance law.
• Proven experience in representing lenders or corporate borrowers.
• Strong understanding of commercial financing structures.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the bar in New York.

Skills:

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
