Location:

Duties:

• Manage litigation cases from inception through resolution.
• Handle discovery, arbitration, mediation, and motion practice.
• Coordinate with clients and attend court appearances.
• Participate in debt collection litigation (experience in this area is a bonus).
• Work closely with senior attorneys for litigation training and courtroom experience.

Requirements:

• Must be barred and licensed to practice law in North Carolina.
• Experience in litigation is required.
• Familiarity with debt collection litigation is a plus.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in North Carolina.
