Associate Attorney with 2-5 years of litigation experience

A law firm in Des Moines is seeking an Associate Attorney with 2-5 years of litigation experience. The candidate will be responsible for conducting legal research and writing, drafting pleadings, briefs, and legal memoranda, managing case dockets, and assisting with discovery and document review. They will also utilize trial advocacy skills in depositions, hearings, oral arguments, and trials, as well as perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law.

Experience:

2-5 years of experience in litigation.

Education:

Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
