Commercial Litigation Partner

A law firm in Phoenix, AZ, is actively seeking a seasoned Commercial Litigation Partner with a portable book of business. The ideal candidate should be admitted to the Arizona Bar or be eligible for admission, with additional membership in the California, Colorado, and/or Nevada Bar considered a plus.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Bring and manage a portable book of business in commercial litigation.
• Handle complex commercial litigation matters from inception to resolution.
• Provide strategic legal advice and guidance to clients.
• Lead and mentor junior attorneys within the commercial litigation practice.
• Collaborate with other partners and practice groups to foster cross-functional initiatives.
• Participate in business development activities to expand the firm's client base.
• Stay current on legal developments and trends in commercial litigation.

Requirements:

• Portable book of business in commercial litigation.
• Admission to the Arizona Bar or eligibility for admission.
• Additional admission to the California, Colorado, and/or Nevada Bar is a plus.

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Arizona Bar.
• Additional Bar admissions in California, Colorado, and/or Nevada (preferred).

Skills:

• Proven ability to generate and manage a substantial book of business.
