The firm primarily represents property managers, landlords, and owners, providing legal services in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and ready to engage in significant court appearances and client interactions, with training and mentorship provided by the firm's experienced team.

Duties:

  • Represent clients in landlord-tenant disputes and collection matters.
  • Handle a high volume of court appearances and litigation tasks.
  • Draft legal documents, including leases, notices, and other landlord-tenant-related documents.
  • Provide legal advice to property managers, landlords, and owners.
  • Manage case files and maintain strong communication with clients.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development with senior attorneys.
  • Stay up to date with relevant laws and regulations in landlord-tenant law.

Requirements:
