Candidate should have prior experience in the courtroom, taking depositions and drafting pleadings and motions. Must have an understanding of current state and federal law. Construction and complex commercial litigation experience is a plus.

The candidate should have a JD degree from Accredited Law School. High intelligence, problem-solving abilities, and creativity are essential.
