Entry-Level Associate Attorney Insurance Defense

A law firm seeks an enthusiastic Entry-Level Associate Attorney to join its Insurance Defense practice in Orange County, California. Duties:

• Assist in handling various aspects of insurance defense cases, from investigation through resolution.
• Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and other necessary legal documents.
• Support senior attorneys in case preparation and strategy development.
• Attend client meetings, court hearings, and depositions as required.
• Collaborate with legal teams and administrative staff to manage case files and deadlines.
• Communicate with clients and opposing counsel to move cases forward.

Requirements:

• 0-6 months of post-bar admission legal experience (preferred).
• Strong research, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic legal environment.
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• A strong work ethic and a desire to learn and grow professionally.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership in the California State Bar in good standing.
