Duties:

• Represent clients in a variety of domestic matters, including separation, child conservatorship, marital property issues, and post-decree modifications

• Draft legal documentation such as petitions, motions, settlement proposals, and discovery requests

• Analyze legal precedents and statutes to develop case strategies

• Participate in court hearings, mediations, and trials as needed

• Maintain direct communication with clients, offering guidance and legal insight throughout each phase of the case

• Partner with legal support teams, including paralegals and administrative professionals, to manage caseloads efficiently

• Contribute to strategic discussions and team collaboration for client advocacy

Requirements:

• Active license to practice law in the state of Texas

• 2-7 years of hands-on experience in family law litigation

• Strong command of courtroom procedures and rules of evidence

• Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume docket with minimal oversight

• Clear and persuasive written and verbal communication abilities

• Proven track record of client service and advocacy

• The high degree of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited institution

Certifications:

• Membership in the Texas Bar, in good standing
