Duties:

• Represent clients in federal and state courts, handling complex defense litigation cases.
• Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies.
• Participate in business development activities and collaborate with the team on client relations.
• Interact closely with clients, ensuring clear communication and effective case management.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all legal work.

Requirements:

• 2-8 years of experience in defense litigation.
• Nevada state bar admission required.
• Proven advocacy and litigation skills with the ability to handle cases in federal and state courts.
• Strong writing skills, with experience drafting legal documents and motions.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Ability to engage in business development and interact with clients in professional settings.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Nevada State Bar Admission.
