  • Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients and advocate for reasonable agreements
  • Represent clients at hearings, trials, mediations, and depositions
  • Conduct detailed case research, including reviewing medical records and gathering evidence
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and legal staff to optimize case handling and outcomes
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation in the firm's case management system

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury law, with litigation experience preferred
  • Strong commitment to client advocacy and achieving favorable outcomes for injured individuals
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and legal writing skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple cases effectively

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications
