Requirements:

  • 3 to 6 years of experience in real estate law, particularly in secured lending, leases, acquisitions, and dispositions.
  • Proven ability to manage complex transactions and client relationships.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and high level of accuracy in legal work.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Licensed to practice law in New York.
