Job Overview:
A law firm in Portland, ME is seeking a highly motivated Litigation Family Law Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing family law cases from inception to resolution, ensuring superior client service, and implementing improvements to enhance practice efficiency.

Duties:

• Proactively manage family law cases from beginning to end
• Provide superior customer service to all clients including monthly status reports and weekly case reviews
• Make improvement recommendations to practice managers
• Manage performance metrics to track accomplishments and client satisfaction through practice quality software

Requirements:

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited university
• Passed the Bar Exam on the first attempt
• 1+ years of litigation experience
• 1st chair family law experience
• Licensed to practice law in the state of Maine
• Ability to quickly learn new technical programs and software

Education:

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited university

Certifications:

• Must be licensed to practice law in the state of Maine
