Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Licensure to practice law in Pennsylvania.
  • 5-10 years of relevant experience in family law.
  • Proven experience in managing legal issues related to divorce, child support, custody, and spousal support.
  • Demonstrated litigation experience.

Education and Certifications

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
  • Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania.
