Duties and Responsibilities

• Represent clients in family law matters, including divorce, child support, custody, and spousal support.
• Provide legal counsel and guidance to clients throughout the legal process.
• Prepare legal documents, including petitions, motions, and settlement agreements.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal briefs and memoranda.
• Negotiate settlements and represent clients in court proceedings.
• Manage caseload effectively and ensure timely progress and resolution of cases.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
• Collaborate with clients, opposing counsel, and other professionals involved in the case.
• Stay current on changes in family law and legal procedures.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensure to practice law in Pennsylvania.
• 5-10 years of relevant experience in family law.
• Proven experience in managing legal issues related to divorce, child support, custody, and spousal support.
• Demonstrated litigation experience.

Education and Certifications
