  • Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategy and litigation plans
  • Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents
  • Conduct legal research and provide written analysis
  • Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues on time
  • Maintain detailed case files and ensure compliance with deadlines
  • Participate in business development efforts, including client interactions and networking events

Requirements:

  • 2 to 6 years of real estate litigation experience, with a focus on complex business and real estate disputes
  • Proven experience in deposition preparation and courtroom appearances
  • Strong academic background from an ABA-accredited law school
  • Ability to handle cases in both trial and appellate courts
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Education:

  • J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Licensed to practice law in California
