A respected law firm is seeking a Labor & Employment Litigation Associate with 2 to 4 years of experience to join its Los Angeles office. The position offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of employment-related disputes, with a particular focus on class action and complex wage and hour litigation. Location

Duties

• Represent clients in employment-related litigation, including:

  • Class actions

  • Complex wage and hour matters

  • Individual and multi-plaintiff employment disputes

• Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and legal memoranda

• Conduct legal research and prepare case strategy

• Argue motions and assist in trial preparation

• Advise clients on California and federal employment laws

• Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on case development and client management

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of experience in labor and employment litigation

• Prior experience handling class action and complex wage and hour cases

• Strong attention to detail and legal writing ability

• Demonstrated commitment to excellence and client service

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

• Strong academic credentials preferred

Certifications

• Must be in good standing and licensed to practice law in the state of California
