A law firm seeks a motivated Associate Attorney with 0 to 3 years of experience to focus on business, municipal, and estate planning law. Duties:

  • Draft and file necessary legal documents in accordance with applicable laws.
  • Attend and actively participate in court hearings and legal proceedings.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other relevant parties.
  • Manage files independently, ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with partners and other team members to support case strategies.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school with a focus on business, estate planning, trusts, and civil procedure.
  • Must be licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania or scheduled to take the Pennsylvania Bar exam in February 2025.
  • Strong motivation and the ability to work autonomously on file management.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited institution.

Certifications:

  • Active Pennsylvania Bar license or eligibility to take the Pennsylvania Bar exam.

Skills:
