Duties

• Represent clients in hearings, depositions, and board meetings
• Conduct in-depth legal research for the firm’s needs and projects
• Participate in marketing events and represent the firm to external parties
• Oversee file management including:
  • Client calls and follow-ups
  • Drafting legal pleadings and documentation
  • Active participation in hearings
  • Comprehensive file review and case management
• Provide support for senior attorneys on various cases and projects

Requirements

• Active Florida Bar License
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to attend marketing events and engage with clients

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Florida Bar License (required)
