Duties and Responsibilities

• Represent and counsel clients regarding their legal rights and obligations
• Review, analyze, and evaluate all case information and investigative materials
• Recognize and properly handle liens, letters of protection, and notice requirements
• Zealously advocate for clients to secure the best results
• Review and approve demands and settlement statements
• Maintain timely communication with clients and medical providers
• Provide outstanding client service in a professional and ethical manner
• Establish and maintain effective, professional working relationships with all staff
• Occasionally travel to other CT offices and courts
• Follow the firm’s operating procedures and case management guidelines
• Actively practice core values: Be a champion for others, be innovative, and be accountable

Requirements

• Admitted to the Connecticut (CT) Bar
• Experience negotiating and settling plaintiff personal injury cases
• Litigation experience is beneficial
