• Conduct depositions (EBTs) and attend court hearings
• Draft and file legal documents, including motions and pleadings
• Represent clients in settlement negotiations and trials
• Communicate with clients to provide case updates and legal advice
• Collaborate with legal teams to develop case strategies
• Ensure all legal deadlines and procedures are followed

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in personal injury law (Required)
• Strong litigation experience, including trial preparation and court appearances
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a case load effectively
• Proficient in legal research, drafting legal documents, and case management

Education:

• Juris Doctorate (Required)

Certifications:
