This position requires a skilled attorney with a background in M&A, financing transactions, and experience in energy or infrastructure development. Duties:

• Advise clients on energy and infrastructure-related M&A transactions, project finance, acquisitions, and dispositions.
• Manage a wide range of transactional matters, including drafting, negotiating, and finalizing agreements.
• Provide legal counsel on regulatory, compliance, and development issues within the energy sector.
• Work with senior attorneys and clients to develop innovative legal solutions in energy infrastructure projects.
• Participate in due diligence and provide strategic guidance throughout the transaction lifecycle.
• Collaborate with teams across various legal disciplines, offering comprehensive and tailored advice.

Requirements:

• 3-6 years of experience in energy, infrastructure, or project finance law at a respected law firm.
• Demonstrated proficiency in M&A transactions, financing structures, and energy-related project work.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership in the Bar of Washington, D.C. (or eligible for admission).

Skills:

• Strong transactional experience in energy, infrastructure, or project finance law.
