Duties

  • Draft legal documents related to real estate and financing transactions

  • Negotiate and advise clients on commercial real estate transactions

  • Prepare for and conduct real estate closings

  • Draft development agreements and related documents for real estate projects

  • Provide legal counsel throughout the real estate development process

  • Analyze legal matters with attention to both legal and business implications

  • Collaborate with internal teams and maintain regular client communication

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate transactional law

  • Demonstrated ability to independently handle closings and client negotiations

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications
