Job Overview: A law firm based in Los Angeles, CA, is seeking a Mid-Level Tech Mergers and Acquisitions Associate Attorney. Duties:

• Lead and manage mergers and acquisitions transactions, from due diligence through closing.
• Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents, including purchase agreements and disclosure schedules.
• Advise clients on deal structure, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
• Collaborate with internal teams and manage external client and counsel relationships.
• Provide strategic legal advice to technology companies and venture capital investors.

Requirements:

• 3-4 years of experience in M&A, particularly with technology companies and venture capital clients.
• Proven ability to work independently and in team settings.
• Proactive approach with strong business sense and client management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education:

• J.D. from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the California Bar is preferred or eligible to obtain admission promptly.
