The ideal candidate will contribute to a wide range of litigation activities, support clients, and manage cases through various stages of the litigation process.

Duties:

• Assist senior litigation attorneys in case management and legal strategies.
• Collaborate with clients to evaluate legal issues, develop strategies, and ensure compliance with municipal, state, and federal regulations.
• Gather evidence and handle the review, management, and production of legal documents.
• Conduct interviews with witnesses and participate in site visits.
• Draft and correspond with clients, opposing counsel, and other involved parties.
• Prepare and file legal pleadings, motions, and court-related documents.
• Draft and respond to written discovery requests from opposing counsel.
• Support the preparation of expert witness reports.
• Take and defend depositions of witnesses, both percipient and expert.
• Represent clients in municipal, state, and federal court appearances.
• Engage in alternative dispute resolution (ADR) procedures, including negotiation and settlement discussions.
• Assist in trial preparation and trial-related activities.

Requirements:

• Experience in litigation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Must be admitted to practice law in Nevada (or eligible for admission).
