  • Active membership in the Idaho State Bar or willingness to take the Idaho Bar Exam promptly.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Licensed to practice law in Idaho or ability to obtain licensure within a reasonable timeframe.
