• Conduct due diligence on property transactions and ensure compliance with applicable laws.
• Provide legal guidance to clients on regulatory issues, title matters, and financing arrangements.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to practice law in Massachusetts.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate law.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in legal research and real estate document preparation.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Massachusetts Bar.
