A law firm based in Austin, TX, is seeking an experienced Family Law Trial Attorney with over 5 years of Texas Family Law trial experience. This role also requires at least 2 years of experience in supervising trial attorneys. The successful candidate will handle complex family law litigation cases, manage witness preparation, and oversee all phases of discovery while maintaining high client satisfaction. Duties:

  • Represent clients through all phases of family law litigation, including discovery, trial preparation, and courtroom appearances.

  • Manage client interactions from initial consultation through case resolution.
  • Cultivate and maintain client relationships, ensuring a high level of satisfaction throughout the legal process.
  • Handle a personal docket of family law cases, including managing caseloads and meeting client expectations.
  • Generate new business by signing up potential clients and helping to grow the firm's client base.
  • Collaborate with a team of legal professionals to support case strategy and preparation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of Texas Family Law trial experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience supervising trial attorneys or leading a legal team.
  • Proven track record of managing high-stakes family law cases with successful outcomes.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle a high-volume caseload.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage client expectations while delivering outstanding legal service.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Licensed to practice law in Texas (State Bar of Texas).
