Real Estate Litigation Associate Attorney

The candidate will handle real estate and homeowner association general advice and litigation matters, working on-site and/or remotely as needed. Should have excellent written and oral communication skills. Must have experience handling matters with minimal day-to-day supervision and must be able to handle multiple projects at the same time. Proficiency in Word and Outlook and ability to learn other software programs essential.

The candidate should have a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school. The ability to research, analyze, and act with minimal supervision is essential. Must be an outstanding listener and excellent oral and written communicator. Should have a professional demeanor. Excellent legal research and analysis skills are essential.
