  • Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and external advisors to facilitate and execute securities and capital markets transactions.
  • Manage multiple projects and assignments simultaneously, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to deadlines with minimal supervision.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in corporate law, with a focus on securities law and capital markets transactions.
  • Expertise in public company reporting obligations, SEC compliance, and corporate governance.
  • Proven experience in advising on and drafting documentation for public and private securities offerings.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead due diligence efforts and manage the involvement of specialists.
  • Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

Education and Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
