Job Overview:
A law firm seeks an experienced and driven Associate Attorney to join its civil litigation team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in civil litigation and a strong desire to work within this field. Duties:

  • Conduct legal research to support case preparation.
  • Appear in court for hearings, depositions, and trials.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and colleagues on case strategies and resolution.
  • Provide legal counsel to clients and offer effective solutions to legal issues.
  • Manage cases from inception to resolution, ensuring that all deadlines and legal procedures are met.
  • Participate in professional development and continuous learning opportunities provided by the firm.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of civil litigation experience.
  • Excellent oral and written advocacy skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Strong interest in civil litigation and property law.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
