Requirements:

• Admission to the Virginia State Bar.
• 3-5 years of litigation experience, preferably in family law.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to handle complex legal cases independently.
• Solid understanding of court procedures and ethical standards.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a legal team.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Virginia.
