  • Conduct thorough legal research and draft detailed legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and briefs.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to provide comprehensive legal services.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates and discuss case strategies.
  • Stay current with legal developments and industry trends relevant to insurance defense.

Requirements

  • Admitted to practice in the State of California and in good standing with the State Bar of California.
  • Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Proven experience in managing insurance defense cases with a focus on bodily injury, construction defects, or employment-related matters.
  • Additional licensure in other States is a plus.

Education

  • Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
