Associate Attorney needed for Omaha office

Job Overview:
An Associate Attorney is sought to join a collaborative legal team, providing high-quality legal services in personal injury cases. This role includes supervising non-attorney staff in Omaha, NE, while ensuring compliance with all legal standards.

Location: Omaha, NE

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage personal injury caseloads through the pre-litigation claim process
• Interact and negotiate with insurance companies
• Communicate and maintain positive client relationships
• Draft correspondence, pleadings, discovery requests, settlement agreements, and other legal documents
• Ensure accuracy of all prepared documents
• Comply with all legal standards and regulations

Requirements:

• Active Bar license in Nebraska
• At least 1 year of civil practice experience
• Preferred: Active Bar license in Missouri

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active Bar membership
